Cancellation & Refund Policy

By taking your reservation and deposit we agree to keep a Wagon or Wagons
available for you to the exclusion of all others, for when you request it. In return
we need our customer who have made reservations in advance to give us fair
notice of cancellation.

If cancelations are made more than 2 weeks before arrival, your deposit is
transferable to a new booking of the same value or more.
The deposit is NOT refundable.
If cancelations are made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, then the deposit is
non refundable and non transferable.

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd
party
