Food is a little tiny bit of an obsession with us - particularly him. 
We've had a successful restaurant - Internet rated No.1 in Wales for a bit - and love to cook for family and friends, including 38 for Christmas lunch at home, this time.
Food heroes include; Nigel Slater, Jane Grigson, Rick Stein and the incomparable Keith Floyd. Proper ingredients, cooked well and served with a touch of style. Yes it's seasonal, yes it's local and yes it's wholesome and nutritious, but surely that`s not everything...is it? We think food is fun and is to be enjoyed.
Therefore:
Breakfast is brought to your wagon any time you want
, from dawn until 11.00am. It's Free-Range and/or Organic and our Vegetarian breakfast is what it says it is. Not a meat breakfast with the sausage and bacon swapped for more beans!

You can also order a 2, or more, Course Dinner, a Picnic Lunch, packed in a very cute wicker picnic basket, High Teas with Our Scones and Our Cakes and Our Jams.

Should you have some special favourites like Poached Kippers, Devilled Kidneys "delicious..." - Graham, Eggs Benedict or a simple Griddled Sirloin, for breakfast, for instance... just ask! 
Sshh!!.. we also do thrice cooked chips at Dinner time, but let that be our little secret.
