Served with something like Roast potatoes, Thrice cooked chips or a really creamy Mash...your choice.
Accompanied by Home-grown organic seasonal Vegtable side dishes like; Ollie's Red Cabbage in Orange juice, mixed spice and sultana's or Roasted medley of winter veggie's (Parsnips, Squash, Carrots or Turnip etc) in Olive oil and Butter with Rosemary Garlic and Thyme. And more. Proper portions of these, not parbolied bits of nothing

Savoury Pancakes:

Soft Herb, Buckwheat Pancakes filled with vegetables, roasted with garlic and spices, Pinenuts and fresh herbs and then sprinkled with a good covering of a Strong Welsh Cheddar and oven-baked till golden brown and crisp on top.
Served with something like Roast potatoes, thrice cooked chips or a really creamy Mash...your choice.

Vegtable Bake:

Our own, finely sliced, Organic vegtables layered with pungent herbs and roasted garlic, baked slowly in olive oil, a decent white wine and a stock, made at home, that best compliments the veggie's we've used.
Served with potatoes of your choice & home-grown organic seasonal vegtables as above, we will endeavour to include within these side dishes, a texture and taste that provides you with contrasts throughout your meal.
We pride ourselves on cooking for individuals and for the Vegan diner, we aim to go the extra inches. We welcome a personal dialogue with all of our customer's, so that we can tailor what we serve to YOUR own taste.
